It is placed just above the road that links all the chalets in this area to the village where all the shops, restaurants and bars are situated. The spacious living area has a log fire and under floor heating and complimentary WiFi access is provided for leisure use. There is Satellite TV on 32inch flat screen, Nintendo Wii game station with games, a small library and IPod docking station to keep you and your kids entertained. All bedrooms are en-suite. Store your equipment in the ski room with boot dryers. Skiing access depends on the quantity of snow that has fallen and the level of the skier. With good snow it is possible to ski to the chalet door, otherwise it is about a 2 minute walk from the piste back to the chalet. For beginners the ski school is just a few minutes' walk away. Both Morzine and Les Gets sit at a low altitude, which as seen in recent years, can mean that the local runs suffer from poor snow conditions. Châtel, France: Châtel is a charming village with a mix of traditional and modern architecture. It stands at around 1,200 meters and offers a more authentic and relaxed mountain experience. Châtel provides access to diverse ski terrain, and its proximity to the Swiss border allows skiers to explore both French and Swiss slopes. Morgins, Switzerland: Morgins is a Swiss resort nestled in a picturesque valley. With an altitude of around 1,350 meters, it is connected to the Portes du Soleil ski area via ski lifts and slopes.
