St. Moritz is one of the most renowned ski resorts in the world, located in the Engadine Valley of Switzerland. With a rich history dating back to its establishment as a summer spa destination in the mid-19th century, St. Moritz has evolved into a premier winter sports hub, hosting two Winter Olympics and numerous international skiing and snowboarding events.
The resort is a combination of St. Moritz Dorf (Village) and St. Moritz Bad (Spa).
The ski area of St. Moritz offers over 350 kilometers of slopes, catering to skiers and snowboarders of all levels. It features a range of pistes, from gentle runs suitable for beginners to challenging terrain for advanced skiers.
The resort is well-connected to the ski area, with several lifts and cable cars directly accessible from both St. Moritz Dorf and St. Moritz Bad and the neighboring town of CELERINA to the Corviglia ski area. Two other ski areas under the St. Moritz banner can be accessed by quick ski bus from the town.
The resort's high altitude also ensures good snow conditions throughout the season, with the resort level at 1800m there's a lot higher chance of long lasting ski-to-town return slopes.
